Dear Founding Members,
It was wonderful to see so many of you join us for the virtual Town Hall last week. We had some fantastic discussions and addressed many important questions. This month, I would like to dedicate our newsletter to providing answers to those inquiries.
As we approach our move-in date, we understand there are increasing questions about timing. I am pleased to inform you that we are on track to begin the move-in process on December 1st. Starting in mid-September, our Hospitality team will begin reaching out to our founding members, starting with those who reserved their residences first. During this call, you will be able to request your preferred move-in day.
Our objective is to move in two residents per day, Monday through Saturday, with the goal of having everyone settled by the end of January. Given this schedule, we kindly ask that you select one move-in day and ensure all your furniture and belongings are ready for transportation on that day. Due to the volume of move-ins, we will not be able to accommodate additional delivery dates until everyone has moved in.
In mid-September, our sales team will also contact you to arrange a time for you to tour your residence. During this tour, you may bring any designers, contractors, or vendors if you are planning approved modifications. While these modifications can begin before the move-in date, please note that personal belongings or furniture deliveries must wait until your designated move-in day. We aim to have all modifications completed by December 1st. Our Director of Facilities and I will be here to assist you throughout this process.
We are delighted to welcome Anthony Manfredi, our new Facilities Director, who will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition for our community. Please remember that all site visits must be scheduled, as we need to accompany you and ensure availability.
To help you prepare for the big day, we are also planning some Founding Member events in the Mitton House and, soon after, in the main building. Our first event will be held in the Mitton House on September 12th, where we will reschedule our Town Hall with Andy Kohlberg, Founder, President and CEO of Kisco Senior Living. Please save the date; an invitation will follow shortly.
We are very excited to be able to welcome you home soon!
Warm regards,
Fran Bates
