ABOUT THE NEWBURY OF BROOKLINE

Located in Brookline’s Fisher Hill, a neighborhood designed by famed landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted and full of history, Kisco’s first senior living community in Massachusetts combines comfortable elegance and quality care with the authentic service and five-star hospitality for which Kisco Signature is known.

Spacious independent and assisted living residences and memory care suites allow for a seamless continuum of care, no matter when you choose to make our community home. You’ll enjoy all-inclusive services, including chef-prepared meals that meet an array of dietary needs, a robust calendar of life-enriching programs and personalized concierge services. As with all Kisco communities, your safety, peace of mind and personal needs are paramount.

When completed in Fall 2024, The Newbury of Brookline will restore an important residential use to Mitton House, an historical mansion that was once home to one of Boston’s most important merchants and later occupied by Cardinal Cushing College and Newbury College, for which the community is named. The mansion is being lovingly restored, as designed by the world-famous Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) firm. RAMSA, whose portfolio includes projects for Harvard University, multiple high-end Manhattan condominium projects and other residential buildings around the globe, is dedicated to accommodating the rich architectural traditions of the surrounding Fisher Hill neighborhood.
