Kisco Senior Living is proud to announce The Newbury of Brookline, a community under its premier lifestyle brand, Kisco Signature, poised to redefine senior living in Boston. Set to open its doors in  Fall  2024, this sophisticated development stands on the historic grounds of Newbury College, bringing a harmonious blend of historic restoration and modern luxury to the heart of Brookline.

Marking Kisco’s entrance into Boston, The Newbury of Brookline is a significant milestone for the renowned senior living provider. President and CEO Andy Kohlberg stated, “We are thrilled to bring Kisco’s culture and an elevated senior lifestyle to The Newbury, which holds the distinct honor of being our first community in New England and represents a perfect fit for our growing Signature brand. We have long been impressed by the vibrant community of Brookline and Fisher Hill’s uniquely picturesque setting, not to mention the nearby backdrop of culture, art and renowned universities, and we look forward to sharing that desirable combination with local seniors.”

The architectural design of The Newbury pays homage to Brookline’s rich history, with a focus on the meticulous restoration of Mitton House. Simultaneously, contemporary amenities will infuse the spaces with modern luxury. With 190,000 square feet of new construction and 20,000 square feet dedicated to the restoration of Mitton House, the project encompasses 81 independent living, 38 assisted living and 40 memory care residences.
